School holiday bookings are Saturday to Saturday (check with staff) off season bookings can be any day according to availability. Late check out fee $50.</li><li>A 25% deposit&nbsp;plus a $25 booking fee is due on all bookings and is payable within 5 days of making booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The full balance of payment and completed check in credit card registration form are required fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.</li><li>Cancellation of bookings requires 28 days’ notice in writing. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. If unauthorised pets are found at the premises, the occupants will be automatically liable for fumigation of the property and the tenancy terminated immediately.</li><li>&nbsp;All units to be left in a clean and tidy condition. This unit is located on the top floor and from the carpark to unit there are approx 28 stairs.  This property DOES NOT have Wi-Fi. 

Stroll to everything in Cotton Tree – Beach, River, Restaurants, Boutiques, Take away, Doctor, Chemist, Bottle shop, Butcher, Food store, library and Surf Club, Bowls Club – everything you will need while on holidays. Visit trendy Ocean Street or shop at the Plaza – with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.

There’s plenty to see and do whilst on holidays on the Sunshine Coast. Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, SeaLife Mooloolaba, Aussie World, the Ginger Factory, Tree tops challenge at the Big Pineapple or Maleny Bird Sanctuary.

Local markets are held every Sunday at Cotton Tree  and Fisherman’s Road and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Sunshine Coast airport is about a 15 minute drive and Brisbane airport approximately an hour away. There are regular bus services to both airports.

This unit is located on the second floor and from the carpark to street level there is approx 15 stairs and then up to the unit there is an additional 15 stairs (30 in total). Carpark clearance is 2m. This property DOES NOT have Wi-Fi.
