Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. If unauthorised pets are found at the premises, the occupants will be automatically liable for fumigation of the property and the tenancy terminated immediately.</li><li>&nbsp;All units to be left in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee to cover the reasonable cost of additional cleaning of the Premises if required as a result of your occupancy. This unit is located on the second floor and from the carpark to street level there is approx 15 stairs and then up to the unit there is an additional 15 stairs (30 in total). Carpark clearance is 2m. This property DOES NOT have Wi-Fi. 

Stroll to everything in Cotton Tree – Beach, River, Restaurants, Boutiques, Take away, Doctor, Chemist, Bottle shop, Butcher, Food store, library and Surf Club, Bowls Club – everything you will need while on holidays. Visit trendy Ocean Street or shop at the Plaza – with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.

There’s plenty to see and do whilst on holidays on the Sunshine Coast. Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, SeaLife Mooloolaba, Aussie World, the Ginger Factory, Tree tops challenge at the Big Pineapple or Maleny Bird Sanctuary.
