School holiday bookings are Saturday to Saturday (check with staff) off season bookings can be any day according to availability. Late check out fee $50.</li><li>A 25% deposit&nbsp;plus a $25 booking fee is due on all bookings and is payable within 5 days of making booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The deposit is accepted in good faith but may be subject to change at owner’s discretion. The full balance of payment and completed check in credit card registration form are required fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.</li><li>Cancellation of bookings requires 28 days’ notice in writing. You are welcome to bring your own or we can arrange linen hire. DVD players, cots, high chairs etc are also available for hire.</li><li>Pets and animals are not permitted under any circumstances unless the property is one of our designated pet friendly properties. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. If unauthorised pets are found at the premises, the occupants will be automatically liable for fumigation of the property and the tenancy terminated immediately.</li><li>&nbsp;All units to be left in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee to cover the reasonable cost of additional cleaning of the Premises if required as a result of your occupancy. It is anticipated that the scheduled upgrade will take 4 weeks to complete, and the lift will be out of service for the entirety of the time. If you book during this time there will be no lift and you will need to use the stairs to access the unit. This unit is only on the first floor.

This unit is located on the second floor and from the carpark to street level there is approx 15 stairs and then up to the unit there is an additional 15 stairs (30 in total). Carpark clearance is 2m. This property DOES NOT have Wi-Fi. 

Stroll to everything in Cotton Tree – Beach, River, Restaurants, Boutiques, Take away, Doctor, Chemist, Bottle shop, Butcher, Food store, library and Surf Club, Bowls Club – everything you will need while on holidays. Visit trendy Ocean Street or shop at the Plaza – with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.

There’s plenty to see and do whilst on holidays on the Sunshine Coast. Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, SeaLife Mooloolaba, Aussie World, the Ginger Factory, Tree tops challenge at the Big Pineapple or Maleny Bird Sanctuary.
