Late check out fee $50.</li><li>A 25% deposit&nbsp;plus a $25 booking fee is due on all bookings and is payable within 5 days of making booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The full balance of payment and completed check in credit card registration form are required fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.</li><li>Cancellation of bookings requires 28 days’ notice in writing. This unit is located on the second floor and from the carpark to street level there is approx 15 stairs and then up to the unit there is an additional 15 stairs (30 in total). Carpark clearance is 2m. This property DOES NOT have Wi-Fi. 

Stroll to everything in Cotton Tree – Beach, River, Restaurants, Boutiques, Take away, Doctor, Chemist, Bottle shop, Butcher, Food store, library and Surf Club, Bowls Club – everything you will need while on holidays.
