School holiday bookings are Saturday to Saturday (check with staff) off season bookings can be any day according to availability. Late check out fee $50.</li><li>A 25% deposit&nbsp;plus a $25 booking fee is due on all bookings and is payable within 5 days of making booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The deposit is accepted in good faith but may be subject to change at owner’s discretion. The full balance of payment and completed check in credit card registration form are required fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.</li><li>Cancellation of bookings requires 28 days’ notice in writing. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both within and outside the property. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. If unauthorised pets are found at the premises, the occupants will be automatically liable for fumigation of the property and the tenancy terminated immediately.</li><li>&nbsp;All units to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Please note that major lift works are scheduled to commence on Monday 7 February 2023. It is anticipated that the scheduled upgrade will take 4 weeks to complete, and the lift will be out of service for the entirety of the time. If you book during this time there will be no lift and you will need to use the stairs to access the unit. This unit is only on the first floor.

The apartment boasts spectacular ocean views of the Maroochydore surf beach and coral sea and is in the middle of Cotton Tree. It’s self-contained, and furnished in a modern-day, coastal feel. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, spa-bath and TV and the second bedroom has two king singles that can be converted to a king bed.
